As a technology leader, Wade is a visionary creating exceptional technology solutions and the teams that manage them. 

At Bowman and Brooke LLP, Wade was recruited to develop the Practice Support department, operating it as a business within a business servicing the needs of the lawyers and clients.  He  provided litigation support services including eDiscovery; forensics; graphics; custom case management systems; document databases, reviews and productions.  Recruiting, hiring, and developing staff; created organizational structure; established systems, procedures, standards and processes; and oversaw operations includingsales and marketing to internal and external clients.

At Faegre & Benson LLP, Wade built the IT organization, mentored technology professionals and leveraged Faegre to the #1 ranked law firm in quality of its technology (December 2004 edition, AmLaw Tech magazine). 

A 2003 survey by BTI Consulting also named Faegre & Benson as one of the country's most tech-savvy law firms.

At West Publishing, Wade created the WestCheck, InstaCite and Shepards system on Westlaw used by virtually every law firm and lawyer.

Mr. Peterson has supported the launch of several legal technology initiatives including data center designs and office openings (both national and international).

Wade is a member of the ALA and local ALAMN, is a certified eDiscovery specialist (CEDS), and a member of EDRM designing standards to further the field of eDiscovery.
